Let your creativity bloom this spring

The Arts & Wellbeing team have some budding projects and news that we can't wait to share with you.

After the success of Skylark Sessions: New Threads, we're announcing the next series, a set of six hip-hop dance workshops called Skylark Sessions: Get Lite.

We're also looking forward to our recently launched Relaxed Tours, an extension of our Relaxed Hours events that focus on experiencing our exhibitions through centring our senses. You can also download our creative resource to connect with the exhibition from the comfort of your own space.

And you'll find some useful information below, including a form to make table reservations and request travel support for Simmer Down, and a new downloadable flyer for our ongoing Roof Garden recovery programme with Grounded Ecotherapy.

Read on for more updates and upcoming event dates for your diary.

Take care,

Emma, Sarah & Liberty
