Get prepared to start your studies at Cambrian College with the iCent App!

ICENT APP

The app is mandatory for all international students - be sure to download it before you plan your start at Cambrian. Important information will be collected and messages will be sent directly to you via this app.

The iCent app is a “One Stop Shop” providing information about COVID-19 resources, student services, virtual events and webinars, and more!

COVID SAFE CANADA

Visit the “COVID Safe Canada” widget to find information about COVID-19 Updates, Quarantine Guidelines, Campus Info, and information about Sudbury!

BEFORE TRAVELLING TO CANADA

In the iCent App, you will find information on quarantine accommodations, arrival services and transportation, and COVID-19 resources.

Visit the “Quarantine & Arrival Accommodations” option to view information on hotels suggested by the College, as well as Quarantine Reimbursement information.

Before travelling, visit the “Pre-Arrival Checklist” in the iCent app. All students travelling are required to submit their COVID Info Acknowledgement, Airport Arrival Info and Quarantine Plan, as per Cambrian College's COVID-19 Readiness Plan. Please also upload your Study Permit or LOI under "Upload Mandatory Documents".

EVENTS & WEBINARS

Click on the “Events & Webinars” widget to view upcoming events, webinars, and presentations from Cambrian College and community partners. You’ll receive push notifications for upcoming events and you are able to sync events with your personal calendar!

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Use the iCent App to book an appointment for scholarships, Immigration questions, housing support, and more!

All appointments will take place virtually and you will receive a Zoom Meeting ID from the Advisor prior to your appointment time.

STEPS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT:

Step 1: Open the iCent App and select “Book An Appointment”

Step 2: Read the guidelines that must be followed during the booking process and select “Continue”

Step 3: Select your appointment reason

Step 4: Days with available appointments will appear in green, select your date to continue

Step 5: View the times available and select “Book Appt”

Step 6: You will be prompted to confirm your details, then click “Book Appointment”
