WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? Doors open to the Great Hall lobby and bar one hour before showtime (6:30 PM). We recommend giving yourself ample time to park, go through security, and purchase a beverage before the show begins.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK? Free street parking is available surrounding The Grand Theater. Parking is also available in lots at the 500 block of Jefferson Street, the Jefferson Street Ramp, the parking ramps connected to the former site of the Wausau Mall. Accessible parking is found on the north side of Jefferson Street next to the venue, and in The Grand’s attached parking lot.
WHERE CAN I PICK UP OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY TICKETS? The Grand moves its Ticket Office to the Great Hall one hour prior to showtime. Or contact us during regular business hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday at 715-842-0988. Please note these tickets are non-refundable.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN TERMS OF HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS? The Grand Theater has implemented a security screening system for patrons attending events at The Grand. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all. Bags and persons will be subject to search upon entry if the system detects a potential problem. Firearms or other weapons are prohibited, including pocket knives. Learn more HERE.
IS THERE AN INTERMISSION? Yes, there will be a 15 minute intermission.
WILL THERE BE STROBE OR HAZE? Both strobe and haze will be used.
MAY I TAKE PHOTOS? Permission is always at the discretion of the artist. For this show, photos are permitted, with no flash.
IS THERE A SPECIALTY DRINK FOR THIS SHOW? Yes. For this show, a specialty cocktail called "Make Some Noise" will be available for purchase, made with silver tequila, Squirt, margarita mix, and a lime garnish.
Bars in the Great Hall open with the doors at 6:30 PM. The Wolf Lounge balcony bar is available when the theater "house" opens, around 30 minutes before showtime. All bars will remain open through intermission. You may take these purchased, covered drinks (can, bottle, or cup with lid) into the theater to enjoy during the show. No carry-ins are permitted.
ARE YOUR BUILDING AND PROGRAMMING ACCESSIBLE? The main floor and the lower balcony, including the restrooms, are accessible. An elevator is located inside the Great Hall. Different assistive hearing devices are available - ask staff or a volunteer prior to the show - including neckloops for patrons using hearing aids with t-coil technology (also called "T-switch" or "telecoil").
DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK? Yes, free of charge in the Great Hall. Booster seats are also available; ask an usher for assistance.
