It's almost time for your show! Please note that there will be a lot of activity in the downtown New Haven area. We recommend carving out extra travel time to find parking and navigate through any additional traffic on your way to the theatre.

  • The doors to the lobby open 1 hour prior to the start of the show with concessions available. Grab a drink or snack before the show!
  • The show runs approximately 70 minutes with no intermission.

  • Have your tickets ready and accessible to be scanned at the door for entry.
  • Tickets can also be printed beforehand, picked up at will call, or presented on a smart phone device. Please check the delivery method on your order confirmation.
