It's almost time for your show! Please note we are expecting a lot of activity in the downtown New Haven area. We recommend carving out extra travel time to find parking and navigate through any additional traffic on your way to the theatre.

Please note: In accordance with updated safety policies as of May 1, 2025,
upon entering the lobby, all bags will be subject to search.
The following are not permitted in the theater:


-Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to: guns, knives/pocketknives, multi-tools, chains, spikes, projectiles, tasers, mace/pepper-spray.
-Outside food or beverage (including water)
-Cameras, monopods and/or tripods (cell phones are permitted but may not be used at all inside the theater).
-Large bags or backpacks
-Smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaporizers)
-Illegal drugs
-Noisemakers or air horns, helium balloons, beach balls or other projectiles
-Animals (except trained service animals)
- Unapproved pamphlets and handouts
-Laser pointers and any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the theatre's management.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • The doors to the Lobby open 1 hour prior to the start of the show, with concessions available. Grab a drink or a snack before the show!
  • The show runs approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including one 20-minute intermission.
  • The show is best enjoyed by those 10 and older.
  • Please note - this production contains fog/haze and strobe lighting effects.

  • Have your tickets ready and accessible to be scanned at the door for entry.
  • Tickets can also be printed beforehand, picked up at will call, or presented on a smart phone device. Please check the delivery method on your order confirmation.

Skylar Astin is an award-winning performer whose career began at 16 with his role as Georg in the original Broadway production of Spring Awakening before transitioning into film and television. He is best known for his portrayal of Jesse Swanson in 2013’s “Pitch Perfect” and again for 2015’s “Pitch Perfect 2”.
