We are so excited to see you at our Festival of Carols performances at the stunning Palladium! Here is everything you need to know to make your experience a safe, fun, and festive one.

Christkindlmarket and events in the Tarkington will have a noticeable impact on traffic and parking. We strongly encourage arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and entry!

⛔ ROAD CLOSURES

Carter Green between the Palladium and the Tarkington is closed for the Christkindlmarkt and the ice rink. 

WHERE TO PARK

Parking is available on surrounding streets and in the city’s self-parking garages, within easy walking distance of the Center’s venues. Free self-parking is available in the Center Garage attached to the Tarkington/Studio Theater building (enter from 3rd Avenue SW) and the Veterans Way Garage (enter from Range Line Road). View parking map for additional details. Parking is not available in the lots north of the Palladium, which are reserved for Salon 01 and Laser Flash guests only.

Note: To ease traffic congestion, there is no left turn into the Center Garage from 3rd Avenue SW. All vehicles must turn right to enter and exit the Center Garage.

ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible parking spaces are available in the self-park garages and along City Center Drive north of the Palladium. Beginning one hour prior to most Palladium performances, valet parking is available at the West Lobby entrance. The valet service is $15 or complimentary for Jaguars and Land Rovers. Please contact the Fifth Third Bank Box Office at 317.843.3800 for availability, or purchase in advance online. Advance purchase of valet parking, when available, is $14.

Arrival: Street level and elevator access is available in the Palladium’s West Lobby, located at the 3rd Avenue SW entrance, and is also available in the East Lobby located near the Monon Greenway.  

TICKETS AND WILL CALL

For tickets and will call, enter the Palladium’s west entrance off 3rd Avenue SW to access the Fifth Third Bank Box Office.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management. Video and audio simulcast of the performance is available in the lobbies for your convenience while waiting.
