There's still time to register for Nutcracker auditions! Auditions will take place on Sunday, September 12 and are open to all Academy students currently enrolled in full-year programs, ages 8+. Students must be 8 years old by October 1, 2021.

Students wishing to audition for multiple roles only need to register for the first audition time that student will be participating in. You will receive a confirmation email following payment containing a link to an additional form to complete. On this form, please indicate each role the student would like to be considered for.

Registration is OPEN for the second session of our fall Children’s Division and Adult/Teen Open ballet classes! Session 2 classes are offered in packages of 8-week sessions running from October 18, 2021 – December 18, 2021.
The Children’s Division includes Parent/Tot, Creative Dance and Pre-Ballet 1. Learn more about our fall class offerings on our website.

Congratulations to Joella Shearer who was recently inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA) Senior Program! In addition to having her hard work and dedication to her craft recognized, Joella now has access to NHSDA programming, events, and affiliated artists and members for mentorship and networking opportunities. Join Denver Ballet Guild for A Young Dancer’s Day of Enrichment! on Sunday, September 19 from 11:00am – 4:00pm at Colorado Ballet's studios in the Armstrong Center for Dance. Workshops and masterclasses will be offered for students ages 12-18 with former Colorado Ballet principal dancers Chandra Kuykendall and Sharon Wehner.
