You are receiving this communication as a reminder of vaccination requirements that must be met in order to access Cambrian College campus and residence.

Effective February 1 – Canadian COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination

Beginning February 1, new students and those who have not previously had their vaccination status verified will be required to upload their Canadian COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination (the document containing the QR code) in order to access campus and student residence. 

If you have previously uploaded your vaccination status without the QR code, you are welcome to voluntarily update your vaccine registration with your official Canadian COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination with the QR code.

As a reminder, you must be fully vaccinated (followed by the 14-day waiting period) in order for your vaccination status to be approved by Cambrian College.

Guidance for Students Vaccinated Outside of Canada

If you received vaccines are not currently offered in Canada, Public Health Sudbury & Districts (PHSD) must review your COVID-19 vaccine records and provide you with advice based on guidance from the Ontario Ministry of Health. If you received a vaccine that is not offered in Canada, you may need one additional dose of an mRNA vaccine.

Note: Due to a high volume of requests, it may take several days to process these requests which may delay how soon a student can receive their additional dose, if it is required.
