URBAN-LATIN@ DANCE STYLES LED BY ANA MARIA ALVAREZ

CONTRA-TIEMPO Artistic Director Ana Maria Alvarez shares her company’s unique signature dance form based on Salsa fused with hip-hop, Afro-Cuban dance styles and contemporary dance fundamentals. The workshop features principles of leading and following, improvising in pairs, groups and small learning communities, and is designed to push participants to explore new ideas about moving. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and be warmed-up.
