Online School Programs

These live demonstrations and experiments or code-alongs provide students with a dynamic and engaging Science World experience. Following the session, teachers are sent activities and resources that can continue in-class learnings.

Feedback from teachers:

"We did an online BeeBot workshop and it was great! We had been learning block coding in class, so it was good to try a different "language" and to do some different activities."

"My students were so engaged and the workshop leader did such a great job delivering Scratch that they have been going on to the program and creating their own work."

"You provided a great workshop for my Gr. 1 & 2's! It was interactive, fun, & included lots of audience participation! Thank you very much!"

"My students were engaged from beginning to end and their sense of wonder was fully palpable during and after the presentation. Thank you so much for sharing this programming with our rural school. We can't take a field trip from our wee community all the way to Vancouver. It's great to be able to use the technology of zoom or teams to extend our learning beyond the four walls of our school."

Choose from:

  • Tech-Up Coding Workshop (introduction to grade-appropriate coding platform, 1 class)
  • Online Science Adventure (interactive presentation, 1 class)
  • Online On The Road (interactive demonstrations, up to 8 classes)
