Maud Lewis is one of Canada’s most beloved folk artists, famous for her brightly coloured and endearing paintings of rural Nova Scotia.

With skilled expertise, portrait artist Byron Samson (Mistikonapew) created a body of work featuring several leaders whom we acknowledge by giving them a place of honour in our communities and in our hearts.
