This year's newest Broadway Revival is...

OCP's Storz Parking Plaza

Our parking lot is undergoing a "revival," so we can orchestrate a much smoother, more harmonious parking experience for Season 100!

While our parking lot is being resurfaced, it may be difficult to easily access our building.

Please read the following important information regarding visiting OCP in person throughout July and August.

Where can I park?

Our parking lot will be resurfaced in sections for a period of 10-to-12-days at a time.

If you are planning on visiting OCP in-person throughout the month of July/early August:
Parking will only be available on the west side of the lot. Use the southeast parking lot entrance off 69th Street. The sidewalk on the south side of the building will allow access to the OCP Box Office.

The "drive" on the east side of the building near the OCP Box Office will be partially closed at times, limiting accessible parking spots. Temporary, curbside parking near the Box Office may be available through sometime in August.

The east end of the parking lot will be fresh and ready to use beginning in early August. This also includes our additional accessible parking spaces.

Please keep in mind that sometimes construction plans may change during this process, so dates may not accurately reflect construction progress.

Am I able to utilize the "drive" near the OCP Box Office?

Beginning Friday, July 19, the "drive" on the east side of the building near the OCP Box Office will be inaccessible from the north via Cass Street.

A small portion of the "drive" will be open temporarily, beginning Monday, July 22. Use 69th Street to enter one-way into the "drive" to temporarily park, visit the OCP Box Office and then proceed to the exit.

Temporary, curbside parking near the Box Office may be available through sometime in August.

I need accessible parking. What should I do?

The majority of our accessible parking spots along the "drive" on the east side of the building near the OCP Box Office will be inaccessible beginning Friday, July 19.

A small portion of the "drive" will be open temporarily. Use 69th Street to enter one-way into the "drive" to temporarily park, visit the OCP Box Office and then proceed to the exit.

Our additional accessible parking spaces on the south side of our building in the parking lot will be unavailable through July.

Season 100 Subscribers, Please Note:

Your exclusive subscriber presale for Jersey Boys begins at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23. As our parking lot may be difficult to navigate during this time, we strongly encourage calling the OCP Box Office to reserve your seats rather than visiting in-person. Extended phone wait times should be expected as we are anticipating a high volume of phone reservations.

Subscribers will receive an email on Tuesday with parking reminders.
