Greetings from the Eisemann Center!
Thank you for subscribing to our monthly Art Newsletter, Brushstrokes. We hope you find it informative and inviting. The Forrest and Virginia Green Mezzanine Gallery is free to view and open daily to the public on the second floor of the Eisemann Center lobby. Located in the heart of Galatyn Parkway, and steps from the DART rail, our monthly art installation is not something you want to miss. For more information on Visual/Public Art at the Eisemann Center, exhibit schedule, and all information for those wanting to exhibit their work, click here.
The Eisemann Center will be home to the Richardson History Photograph Display for the month of June. This photo gallery celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the City was put together by our friends at the Richardson Public Library. It will include approximately 60 photographs from Richardson's history showcasing the different eras of our beloved community. See recognizable streets, buildings, schools, and events as you have never seen them before, and learn about some of the city's most important historical figures. It will be an exhibit for lovers of history and art alike!
After enjoying the exhibit, you should head to the Love Notes to Richardson station on the first floor of our lobby! Add a note to the bowl if you would like to be a part of the installation being displayed at the citywide sesquicentennial celebration on June 24th! It will take place at Main Street Plaza, 105 S. Interurban Street, from 10 am to 2 pm.
Please forward and share this newsletter to anyone interested in the arts.
