Saturday Soiree
December 4 at 4:30pm & 6:30pm
Our Pre-Professional Division students will perform original pieces choreographed by Mayo Sugano, Academy faculty and former principal dancer with Diablo Ballet, Robert Sher-Machherndl, choreographer and Artistic Director of Lemon Sponge Cake Contemporary Ballet, and Academy Principal Domenico Luciano. Students in Levels 4 – PPD will also perform short pieces to show off their accomplishments and newly acquired skills from their semester long classes in character, modern, contemporary and jazz. Tickets are limited to 3 per household. Please review Black Box Theater COVID protocols before attending.

technique and learning exciting variations from everyone’s favorite ballet The Nutcracker. Open to

CBA's special New Year's Resolution workshop with comedic ballet icon Madame Olga will focus on core strength, alignment, stamina and confidence. Ballet technique class will be followed by pointe/men’s technique, with an emphasis on building strong fundamentals to prepare for a successful semester! Open to Levels 4+.

fun-filled camp focusing on the enchanting story of The Nutcracker and its

NHSDA Announcement

Congratulations to Kate Miller who was recently inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA) Secondary Program with the Colorado Ballet Academy Chapter! In addition to having her hard work and dedication to her craft recognized, as an inducted NHSDA member, Kate now has access to NHSDA programming, events, and affiliated artists and members for mentorship and networking opportunities. A Weekend with Gavin Larsen | November 19-21
Join former professional ballerina Gavin Larsen for her special live virtual event, A Weekend with Gavin Larsen. Gavin will have conversations with professional ballerinas about her book Being a Ballerina and share her inspiring message for young dancers about the power of a dancing life!
