Celebrating Our Members: Art on View

By special invitation, experience our three Fall 2018 art installations inside the galleries and beyond. Artworks in the Speakers Gallery are available for purchase through the Friends of the Museum’s annual fundraiser and silent auction. Harvest Supper 2018 is Thursday, October 18 on the grounds of Rowan Oak. Please visit 32auctions.com/HarvestSupper2018 for more information. In the main galleries are photographer Jaime Aelavanthara and sculptor George Tobolowsky, both on view until December.

An Evening with the Artist: Thursday, November 8, 2018, 6:00 p.m. with light refreshments

George Tobolowsky’s series of metal sculptures, A Long Road Back, range from abstract to representational. Bold colors and found metal scraps create delightfully unexpected outcomes. The works will be on display inside and around the Museum, throughout Oxford, and on the UM campus. MORE…
