Due to a personal emergency on the creative team, we have had to cancel tonight's performance of Galileo. We know you've been looking forward to this performance, and we're so sorry for the inconvenience. A cancellation is a big step to take, and we wouldn't do it if it weren't absolutely necessary. As a ticketholder, you have the following options: 

OPTION ONE: Exchange to any other weeknight performance in the run (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, or Sunday evenings) in your same seating zone for free.

OPTION TWO: Exchange into a weekend performance during the run (Saturday matinee, Saturday evening, Sunday matinee) and pay the difference in price between your preview ticket and your new ticket(s).

OPTION THREE: Convert your ticket(s) into a tax-deductible donation.

OPTION FOUR: Request a refund for your ticket(s).

Inventory for this show is selling quickly, so to make sure you get seats, you'll need to get your exchange request in as soon as possible. If we haven't heard from you before Monday, May 27, we will automatically convert your ticket(s) into a refund. If we cannot automatically refund you, we may need to issue a check for the amount of your tickets which will take extra time.
