It's almost time for your show! Please note that there will be a lot of activity in the downtown New Haven area. We recommend carving out extra travel time to find parking and navigate through any additional traffic on your way to the theatre. 

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • The doors to the lobby will open one hour prior to the start of the show with concessions available. Grab a drink or snack before the show!
  • This performance will run approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
THIS EVENT IS A PHONE FREE EXPERIENCE
Use of phones, smart watches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space.

Upon arrival at the Shubert, all phones, smart watches, and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. 
Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. 
All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance.

Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch, or accessory) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.


Upon entering the theater, all bags will be subject to search.
The following items are not permitted in the theater:

-Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to: guns, knives/pocketknives, multi-tools, chains, spikes, projectiles, tasers, mace/pepper-spray.
-Laser pointers.
-Cameras, monopods and/or tripods (cell phones are permitted but may not be used at all inside the theater).
-All forms of video and motion picture cameras and/or audio recording devices.
-Glow sticks or any kind of jewelry and/or devices that light up or emit noise

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO SECURE YOUR YONDR POUCHES AND FOR BAG CHECKS. 

TICKET INFORMATION

  • Have your tickets ready and accessible to be scanned at the door for entry.
  • Tickets can also be printed beforehand, picked up at will call, or presented on a smart phone device. Please check the delivery method on your order confirmation.
  • If you have print at home or e-tickets, please have them ready when you arrive to expedite the check-in process.

The closest garage is the Crown Street Garage, located next to the theatre with entrances on Crown and College Streets.
