The AGA is reopening on June 19 for AGA Members and their guests and June 20 for everyone. Don’t miss the opening of the long-awaited exhibitions: The Scene, Black Every Day, Anna Hawkins: Blue Light Blue and Cornelia Hahn Oberlander: Genius Loci. #AGAlive | Community Tour with Timiro Mohamed

Don’t miss Timiro Mohamed next Thursday as she leads a tour of the exhibition Black Every Day, which celebrates 15 years of 5 Artists 1 Love promoting the vibrancy of Edmonton's African Canadian communities. Black Every Day will open on June 19.

#AGAlive | Pride Programming

This Pride Month, the AGA is proud to host two #AGAlives to display the diversity and unique perspectives of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We hope to see you there!

June 24 is our Pride Panel with Nasra Adem, Harley Morman and Cedar T as they discuss their artistic practices. Presented in partnership with the Pride Centre of Edmonton.

June 29 is our #AGAlive entitled Art of Drag with BOA from Canada’s Drag Race who will discuss the creative side of drag, tips and tricks you can use when getting into drag and painting your face.

'Black Every Day' Artist Feature: Judy BL Robinson

Through her abstract paintings, Judy BL Robinson illuminates the complexity of the human condition and the relationship between the natural world and the sublime. Her work is featured in ‘Black Every Day’ opening June 19 at AGA. Learn more about Judy below:
