Mae Dennis O’Neill yn dychwelyd i’r Ganolfan gyda’r gwesteion arbennig Sophie Evans, Wynne Evans a Catrin Finch ar gyfer y Cyngerdd Gala Mawreddog 2013 er budd Academi Llais Ryngwladol Cymru. Ymunwch â ni am brynhawn yng nghwmni’r sêr gyda llu o’ch hoff ariâu a deuawdau o operâu poblogaidd yn ogystal â chaneuon o’r West End.
 Ochr yn ochr â’r sêr a restrwyd uchod, bydd Dennis yn mwynhau cwmni Côr Plant Heol-y-March a myfyrwyr Academi Llais Ryngwladol Cymru. Bydd Sinfonietta Caerdydd yn cyfeilio dan arweiniad Jonathan Mann.
Bydd y rhaglen yn cynnwys y darn hyfryd gan Bizet Deuawd y Pysgotwyr Perl, Chwechawd o Lucia di Lammermmore Donizetti, Pedwarawd mawreddog Verdi o Rigoletto - a ddefnyddiwyd yn hynod effeithiol yn ddiweddar yn ffilm gyntaf Dustin Hoffman fel cyfarwyddwr Quartet - a’r aria fwyaf adnabyddus yn y byd i’r tenor, Nessun Dorma.

Ultimate Gala Concert 2013

Dennis O’Neill returns to the Centre with special guests Sophie Evans, Wynne Evans and Catrin Finch for The Ultimate Gala Concert 2013 in aid of the Wales International Academy of Voice. Join us for a star-studded afternoon of favourite arias and duets from popular Opera as well as songs from the West End.
Along with the stars listed above, Dennis will also be joined by Heol-y-March Children’s Choir and students from the Wales International Academy of Voice, accompanied by Cardiff Sinfonietta conducted by Jonathan Mann.
The programme will include Bizet’s beautiful Pearl Fisher’s Duet, Donizetti’s Sextet from Lucia di Lammermmore, Verdi’s magnificent Quartet from Rigoletto - used recently to great effect in Dustin Hoffman’s directorial film debut Quartet - and probably the best known tenor aria in the world, Nessun Dorma.
