GARDNER AT HOME

Welcome to Gardner At Home! During the Museum's temporary closure, we've created this new email series in place of our regular monthly updates.

This week, we're featuring Artists-in-Residence Mary Reid Kelley and Patrick Kelley, who were recently on The Modern Art Notes Podcast with host Tyler Green to discuss what it's like to be an artist during a global pandemic. The Kelleys have been commissioned to do an original video project that will be shown in our Fenway Gallery in February 2021—and, for a limited time, you can get a taste of the Kelleys's incredible film work for free on their website! You may also remember their Minotaur Trilogy from our first-ever film festival last November.

We're also looking back at the incredible conservation story of Cavelli's Guitar, which was completed as part of our 2016 restoration of the Raphael Room.

Stay safe, and stay with us!

SUPPORT

We appreciate your support, and hope you’ll consider making a gift to the Annual Fund or becoming a member. All memberships will be extended through the closure, so you will not miss any time with us. Your generosity will help us advance our #MuseumFromHome work and welcome the public when we reopen!
