It's almost time for your show! Please note that there will be a lot of activity in the downtown New Haven area. We recommend carving out extra travel time to find parking and navigate through any additional traffic on your way to the theatre.
Upon entering the theater, all bags will be subject to search.
The following items are not permitted in the theater:
-Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, knives/pocketknives, multi-tools, chains, spikes, projectiles, tasers, mace/pepper-spray
-Laser pointers
-Cameras, monopods and/or tripods
-Video cameras and/or audio recording devices
-Glow sticks or any kind of jewelry and/or devices that light up or emit noise

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR BAG CHECKS.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • The doors to the lobby open 1 hour prior to the start of the show with concessions available. Grab a drink or snack before the show!
  • The show runs approximately 3 hours (including one intermission)

TICKET INFORMATION

  • Have your tickets ready and accessible to be scanned at the door for entry.
  • Tickets can also be printed beforehand, picked up at will call, or presented on a smart phone device. Please check the delivery method on your order confirmation.

The closest garage is the Crown Street Garage, located next to the theatre with entrances on Crown and College Streets.
