As members of the Latino community in Chicago, we’re committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive space that values our presence as audience members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Our events unite a confluence of world-class musicians, authentic connection and the cultural richness of the Latin American community of Chicago.

Are you passionate about building community and sharing your love for music and culture? We’re looking for enthusiastic members of the CSO Latino Alliance to help grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. As a volunteer on our Social Media Committee, you’ll help create and share engaging content, respond to comments and messages and welcome new audiences to our community.

Time commitment: One in-person retreat (3 hours at Symphony Center in August or September 2025) and approximately 1 hour/week remote from August 2025 through June 2026.

This is an unpaid volunteer role, open to all members of the CSO Latino Alliance.

The ninth annual Fiesta Ravinia is the grand finale of the 2025 Ravinia Festival season, celebrating Mexican culture with a day of family performances and activities throughout the park included in the ticket. Food trucks sell authentic gourmet street bites, and traditional mariachi, dance and other performance groups pop up at every corner. As the afternoon turns to evening, the music moves into the Pavilion for the headline concert. Don’t miss this unforgettable night of cumbia, banda and tejano hits at Ravinia!
