One last downtime reminder.

July 25th. 24 hours. 

You will not have access to WordFly for 24 hours beginning at 12am PDT. Follow us on Twitter or check our WordFly Status page for updates.

Required Downtime

You will not have access to WordFly 
beginning at 12am PDT, Saturday, July 25th. 
View in your time zone

     During this time:

  • Users will not be able to log in.
  • Scheduled and automated campaigns will not send. Lists will not import.
  • Data will not sync to CRMs.
  • Email, survey, and RSVP responses will be queued and returned to WordFly after the downtime.
  • New email subscribers will be queued and returned to WordFly after the downtime. 
  • Previously sent campaigns will work as expected. Links will redirect, images will load, and archive URLs will work.


Next Steps

#1 // Pause any automated campaigns before the downtime

  • This will allow you to manually control when they resume sending after the downtime.

#2 // Make sure you take care of our previous steps...

  • Safelist your new sending IP: xx.xxx.xx.xxx. This step prevents emails from going to internal spam folders at your organization.

  • Update your firewall configuration to include this IP range: 52.124.61.0/24. This step must be completed before tomorrow or your CRM integration will not work after the downtime.
