Forces and Fitness
Check
out this interactive lesson to learn about the science of forces through
sports and fitness. Then follow along with this
Kids in Motion video to perform exercises that can be found in all
different sports.
Create Your Own Workout
Try the free Sworkit
Kid Workouts to work on strength, agility, flexibility, and more. Select
what you want to work on and how long you want to spend, and then select “Begin
Workout!"
Get Active
Get
up and moving with fun activities and workouts from the Children’s Museum of
Indianapolis’s Get
Active playlist, YMCA 360’s Youth Sports collection,
and The Body Coach TV’s Kids
Workout playlist.
Fun Fitness
Dance
