IMPORTANT!! GOT DIGITAL TICKETS? Do not print or screenshot! Log-in to wallet.grandtheater.org before the show and present the QR code to the ticket scanner. Be sure to complete any ticket-sharing in advance. This is especially important if people in your party have seats in a different section and need to reference the ticket for seating questions. If you experience any issues with accessing your digital tickets, visit the Will Call booth in the Great Hall.


WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?  Doors open to the Great Hall lobby and bar one hour before showtime (6:30 PM). We recommend giving yourself ample time to park and purchase a beverage before the show begins. If you have any questions, please call the Ticket Office at 715-842-0988.

Reminder: This is a 10x10 Series performance, where the audience is on stage with the artist. You will enter the show through the backstage doors off the Great Hall


WHERE CAN I PICK UP OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY TICKETS? The Grand moves its Ticket Office to the Great Hall one hour prior to showtime. Or contact us during regular business hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday at 715-842-0988. Please note these tickets are non-refundable.


IS THERE AN INTERMISSION? No.


WILL THERE BE STROBE OR HAZE? No.


MAY I TAKE PHOTOS? Permission is always at the discretion of the artist. For this show, photos are permitted, with no flash.
Cameras with detachable lenses/external flash are prohibited.


WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A BEVERAGE? The ArtsBar in The Great Hall and the onstage bar open with the door at 6:30 PM. Bars remain open throughout the show and snacks and drinks purchased from these bars may be brought to your table to enjoy. No carry-ins permitted.


WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN TERMS OF SAFETY PROTOCOLS? The Grand Theater has implemented a security screening system for patrons attending events at The Grand. Bags and persons may be subject to search upon entry. Firearms or other weapons are prohibited, including pocket knives. Learn more HERE.


DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK? Yes, free of charge in the Great Hall. Booster seats are also available; ask an usher for assistance.


WHERE SHOULD I PARK? Free street parking is available surrounding The Grand Theater. Parking is also available in lots at the 500 block of Jefferson Street, the Jefferson Street Ramp, the parking ramps connected to the former site of the Wausau Mall. Accessible parking is found on the north side of Jefferson Street next to the venue, and in The Grand’s attached parking lot.
