Good Energy PR, a Global Majority/LGBT+ run UK plugging company, has launched a new mentorship programme for independent intersectional artists and musicians. The yearly initiative is designed specifically for artists and musicians that identify as intersectional, and will focus on supporting a different marginalised group of people each year. The first year of the programme will prioritise disabled intersectional artists.

The Liveline Fund has been created to strengthen the future of grassroots live music in the UK. Artists may be eligible to apply for three of Liveline's key funds, including the Guarantorship Scheme (which supports individual shows or a tour by covering up to 80% of losses) and the Tour Extension & Regional Access Fund (supporting the additional travel and accommodation costs that prevent tours from reaching remote parts of the UK).

The Black Artists Grant (BAG) offered by Creative Debuts as a no-strings attached financial support to help Black artists. They can spend the grant on whatever they want - be that make new work, buy equipment or materials, travel, research, visit exhibitions or conferences, or to even just cover some life expenses. Each successful recipient will receive £500. Open to all creative disciplines.

The Youth Music Trailblazer Fund, supported by Arts Council England, offers grants of £2,000 to £30,000 to organisations in England to run projects for children and young people (25 and under) to make, learn and earn in music. The project should trial work or test a new way of working, sustain a grassroots programme or disrupt the status quo (or all three!).
