Entry for VIP ticket holders is via a dedicated entrance on the east (BALTIC) side of the building. There will be no entry via the west side doors.

VIP guests needing to collect or buy tickets can do so via the Ticket Office situated outside of the building on performance square. 

All bags will be searched on entry and random searches will also be carried out.  

Guests bringing bags larger than an A4 piece of paper will need to check them in to the coats desk on the west side of the building (free of charge).

The outdoor smoking area will be situated on the west side of the building.

For those with access requirements a designated viewing area will be situated on the concourse. Please speak to a member of staff on entry for assistance.

VIP ticket holders have exclusive access to a VIP bar and toilets (located outside Sage One on Level 2) and a VIP Lounge (located in Northern Rock Foundation Hall)
