Upcoming WordFly Downtime

July 25th. 24 hours. 

Scheduled downtime for WordFly is around the corner. Please mark your calendars. You will not have access to WordFly for 24 hours beginning at 12am PDT on July 25th while we complete our move to a new data center.


Next Steps

#1 // Prepare your IP warmup campaigns

Starting July 26, you’ll need to gradually build up to your full list volume by sending multiple, smaller campaigns.

#2 // Plan to pause any automated campaigns before the downtime

  • This will allow you to manually control when they resume sending after the downtime.

#3 // Make sure you take care of our previous steps...

  • Safelist your new sending IP: xx.xxx.xx.xxx. This step prevents emails from going to internal spam folders at your organization.
  • Update your firewall configuration to include this IP range: 52.124.61.0/24. Leave the existing IP range in place for now. This step must be completed before July 25 or your CRM integration will not work. 

  • Plan ahead for the downtime. WordFly will be offline for 24 hours on July 25, beginning at 12am PDT.
