2021 MN Opera Virtual Benefit

Minnesota Opera is thrilled to invite you to join us for the 2021 MN Opera Virtual Benefit, an evening dedicated to beautiful music, inspiring people, impactful programs, and the world premiere of Art is a Verb, a new opera piece written by Harrison David Rivers, composed by B.E. Boykin, and directed by Lily Tung Crystal.

This special production takes place on Saturday, February 27 and features the writings and performances of some of your favorite MN Opera artists, including Karen Slack, Andres Acosta, Sidney Outlaw, and Andrew Wilkowske.

Support this event by viewing for FREE or please consider purchasing an individual or corporate sponsorship. Sponsorships start at $400 and include treats and treasures from local vendors, access to exclusive events such as a recital by Project Opera alum Jack Swanson, and intimate discussions with the creators of Art is a Verb. Funds raised will go directly into the hands of artists and to support the future of MN Opera.

To support artists and their artmaking, please consider joining us as a sponsor or viewer – and thank you for your heartfelt support of MN Opera!

A special thanks to Best Buy, Ecolab, Wells Fargo, and the companies below for sponsoring Minnesota Opera's 2021 Virtual Benefit.
