Gender pronoun pins are now available for everyone at PNB! Stop by the lobby of the Phelps Center to pick yours up.
What are gender pronouns? Gender pronouns are, "...words that individuals want others to use when talking to, or about, them. The most common gender pronouns include 'he/him' and 'she/her,' but people who identify as transgender, non-binary, or gender nonconforming may opt to use different pronouns to best suite them, such as 'they/them.'" Using someone's correct gender pronouns ensures PNB is welcoming to people of all genders. Read more about the importance of pronouns in the workplace, and click here to learn answers to some FAQ's about personal gender pronouns.
