Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts

After eighteen long months away, TheatreWorks is finally opening its doors for an in-person show...and we couldn't have done it without you. As a first responder, you've been on the front lines as we've weathered this public health crisis, and the only reason we're starting to emerge is because of the hard work you've put in and the sacrifices you've made. We'd be honored to have you as guests for this rockin' new musical, Lizard Boy!
To claim your free pair of tickets, go to theatreworks.org, select a performance of Lizard Boy on October 6, 7, or 8, and then enter the promo code FIRSTRESPONDERS while you're choosing your seats. We hope we'll see you there!
If you would prefer to sit away from other patrons during the performance, we have held the Balcony section for General Admission distanced seating. Just buy your ticket for the lower level as normal, then once you have entered the lobby, make your way up the stairs or take the elevator to the Balcony and let the usher at the door know that you would like to take advantage of the open seating.
The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts is running a top-of-the-line air filtration system that brings in 75% outside air and utilizes new Merv 11 air filters that meet the highest standard for a facility of this size.
EVERYONE in your party must show proof that they are fully vaccinated at the time of their entry into the building, along with a matching photo ID.
"Fully vaccinated" means that it has been 14 days since your second dose of a WHO or FDA-approved two-dose vaccine, or 14 days since your sole dose of a WHO or FDA-approved single-dose vaccine.
Acceptable proof is...
If you or a member of your party—including children under the age of 12—are legally exempted from being vaccinated, you must reach out to the TheatreWorks Box Office at 877.662.8978 or boxoffice@theatreworks.org as early as possible prior to your performance to alert us (four days before your performance is the final cutoff). You may be permitted to provide proof of a negative COVID test as an alternative to proof of vaccination. You must discuss this option with the Box Office prior to attending your performance; vaccine-exempted patrons who show up at the theatre without having previously contacted the Box Office and received authorization will not be allowed inside, and we will either exchange you to a different performance or refund your ticket.
Masks must be worn by EVERYONE at all times while inside the building, including during the performance. When the lights go down, your mask stays up!
Our performers onstage will be unmasked, but they are vaccinated and subject to regular COVID testing.
Your mask must...
At this time—based on guidance from health authorities—neck gaiters, plastic face shields, open-chin designs, triangle bandanas, and/or face coverings containing valves, mesh material, or holes of any kind are not acceptable.
