It's almost time for your show! Please note that there will be a lot of activity in the downtown New Haven area. We recommend carving out extra travel time to find parking and navigate through any additional traffic on your way to the theatre.

While there is inclement weather expected on Saturday, the performance will go on as scheduled. If you need to reschedule your tickets into the Sunday afternoon performance, please contact the Shubert box office at 203-562-5666 no later than 6PM on Saturday.
While Shubert cannot guarantee the same seating location, we will do our best to find comparable seats.

The box office hours are M-F from 12PM to 6PM, 1pm through showtime on Saturday, and 11AM through showtime on Sunday.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • The doors to the Lobby open 1 hour prior to the start of the show, with concessions available. Grab a drink or a snack before the show!
  • The show runs approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes with no intermission.

  • Have your tickets ready and accessible to be scanned at the door for entry.
  • Tickets can also be printed beforehand, picked up at will call, or presented on a smart phone device. Please check the delivery method on your order confirmation.
