August activities

Summer is in full swing at the Southbank Centre, with indoor and outdoor activities for everyone throughout August and beyond.

Explore hidden figures in the Hayward Gallery’s wildly creative exhibition, Tavares Strachan: There Is Light Somewhere; wander through a Somali home in our Roof Garden; and get excited for Unlimited, as the festival returns with an outstanding set of events at the start of September.

Abnormally Funny People IRL

The talents of Ria Lina, Harriet Dyer, Shaparak Khorsandi, Steve Day and Tim Renkow come together for an evening of laugh-out-loud comedy from some of the best in the business, hosted by Simon Minty and Steve Best.
