It's almost time for your show! Please note that there will be a lot of activity in the downtown New Haven area. We recommend carving out extra travel time to find parking and navigate through any additional traffic on your way to the theatre.

If you had print-at-home tickets for the original performance date, new copies of your tickets will be at the box office for pickup.


The Shubert Theatre box office will close at 9:30pm on April 11. If you need to pick up your tickets, have them reprinted, or purchase additional tickets, please visit the box office before that time.


IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • The doors to the Lobby open 1 hour prior to the start of the show, with concessions available. Grab a drink or a snack before the show!
  • The show runs approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes with no intermission.

  • Have your tickets ready and accessible to be scanned at the door for entry.
  • Tickets can also be printed beforehand, picked up at will call, or presented on a smart phone device. Please check the delivery method on your order confirmation.
