IMPORTANT! GOT DIGITAL TICKETS? Do not print or screenshot! Log-in to wallet.grandtheater.org before the event and present the QR code to the ticket scanner. Be sure to complete any ticket-sharing in advance. If you experience any issues with accessing your digital tickets, visit the Will Call booth in the Caroline S. Mark Gallery.


WHERE SHOULD I ENTER? Entrance, check-in, and will call is through the Center for Visual Arts' Caroline S. Mark Gallery on Fourth Street. Please have your I.D. card and ticket ready when you arrive. Every party-goer must have an I.D. to receive a wristband and all patrons must have a wristband to enter the venue.


WHAT IS HAPPENING DURING THE EVENT? 11-11 The Party takes place across the entire block, so be sure to check out everything happening throughout the night!

In the Theater: Enjoy music from Boogie and the Yo-yo'z on the stage of the historic Grand Theater. Two full service bars are located in the theater: one on stage and one in the house. The Balloon Drop will occur at 11:11 PM on the stage!

In the Great Hall: Come dance to the music of Scott King and the Underground DJs and enjoy drinks from multiple full-service bars, plus a beer bar. Pizza will be available in the Great Hall later in the evening.


IS THERE A DRESS CODE? The theme for this year's 11-11 is 80s Prom. We ask all patrons to honor the theme with their best 1980s throwback prom gear.


WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE EXTRA TICKETS? Yes, additional 11-11 tickets are available for purchase. For your convenience, and to reduce lines at the door, we encourage you to buy any additional tickets in advance by calling us at 715-842-0988 or buy online HERE.


DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK? Yes, free of charge in the Caroline S. Mark Gallery. Please do not lose your coat check ticket/number. If you are afraid of losing your number, take a photo of your ticket with your phone at the beginning of the night!


WHERE SHOULD I PARK? Free street parking is available surrounding The Grand Theater. Parking is also available in lots at the 500 block of Jefferson Street, the Jefferson Street Ramp, the parking ramps connected to the former site of the Wausau Mall. Accessible parking is found on the north side of Jefferson Street next to the venue, and in The Grand’s attached parking lot.


WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN TERMS OF SAFETY PROTOCOLS? The Grand Theater has implemented a security screening system for patrons attending events at The Grand. Bags and persons may be subject to search upon entry. Firearms or other weapons are prohibited, including pocket knives. Learn more HERE. Please note that smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the venue.
