This week, I am excited to bring a little taste of Montalvo to your inbox. 
The masterful Maria Lynn, chef at our Lucas Artists Program, has begun making Friday Night Suppers: elegant, healthy, and hand-crafted dinners delivered to your door. The concept is simple, and the food is delicious. In the words of our neighbor and patron Rosemary Adamson:
Chef Maria is phenomenal!
As another satisfied patron put it, “Friday Night Suppers has made ‘dining in’ a welcome marker during this crazy time.” 
And I know first-hand, as I enjoyed a gorgeous vegan feast last Friday in my Los Altos home. Plus, no pots to clean! What are you waiting for?    
Recent entrees have included crispy roast chicken, cioppino of calamari, or kale chopped salad, and may include artisanal bread and dessert. For this week's menu and how to order, read on:
To Order a Friday Night Supper 
This week's menu: vegan or chicken curry, with dal, basmati rice, raita with house-made yogurt, and a grilled avocado salad.
Currently serving San Jose, Los Gatos, and Saratoga--new locations considered upon request. Opt-in for automatic Friday delivery or request specific dates. 
Menus are announced on Monday, and orders must be placed by Wednesday. Dietary preferences and restrictions can also be accommodated.

Average cost of dinners is about $55 per two people. Payment can be made via PayPal (, check or cash due upon delivery.

The Saint Michael Trio is Montalvo's resident chamber ensemble, and their Sunday concerts are a treasured tradition. Pianist Russell Hancock continues to delight with virtual performances! Tune in each Sunday as he serenades us with selections from his vast repertoire.

Please keep at least 6 feet between yourself and other parties at all times. Avoid coming to Montalvo if you are feeling ill. Remember, no gatherings of any size are permitted (including picnics).
