Fort Worth, TX – August 12, 2022 – The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra opens their Pops Series with National Geographic's Symphony for Our World. This concert combines National Geographic’s intimate portraits of wildlife with an original score by Emmy- and BAFTA-nominated Bleeding Fingers Music, performed by live symphony orchestra and choir.

Patrons will hear behind-the-scenes stories straight from National Geographic's photographers, scientists, filmmakers, and adventurers live on stage through footage brought to life by the emotional performance of a live symphony orchestra. Conductor Scott Terrell will lead the orchestra through this intricate program.

Performances will take place Friday–Sunday, August 26–28 at Bass Performance Hall. The concerts begin at 7:30 PM on August 26–27 and 2:00 PM on August 28. Ticket prices range from $35.00–$95.00. The link to purchase tickets can be accessed via fwsymphony.org.
