- The doors to the lobby open 1 hour prior to the start of the show with concessions available. Grab a drink or snack before the show!
- The show runs approximately 2 hours (including one 20-minute intermission)
- This show uses fog/haze during he performance.
- Please consider bringing donations of non-perishable food items and new, unwrapped toys for Shubert Theatre's Holiday Food and Toy Drive. Donations collected through the holidays will be distributed to New Haven families in need. Thank you!

- Have your tickets ready and accessible to be scanned at the door for entry.
- Tickets can also be printed beforehand, picked up at will call, or presented on a smart phone device. Please check the delivery method on your order confirmation.
PARKING
The closest garage is the Crown Street Garage, located next to the theatre with entrances on Crown and College Streets.
**Expect delays at the Crown Street Garage. Please provide ample time to find parking.**
