Guitarist Pablo Sáinz-Villegas performs Joaquín Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez — the most famous classical guitar concerto. Following the concert, network with other Latino Alliance members and meet Sáinz-Villegas in discussion with WFMT’s Oliver Camacho in Grainger Ballroom.

Specially priced concert tickets start at $40 using promo code LASEASON. A separate ticket to attend the reception is free.

For 30 years, Percussion Scholarship Program has changed lives via music

Now in its 30th year, the CSOA’s Percussion Scholarship Program has provided weekly lessons for about 300 students across Chicago. Says one alumnus of the program, founded by the CSO’s Patsy Dash and Lyric’s Doug Waddell, it has “totally transformed so many lives.”

Please note: the Aida Cuevas: 50 Years Singing to México concert and associated Latino Alliance event, originally planned for Friday, September 26, have been rescheduled. The new performance and event date is Friday, May 15. Tickets for the concert will be honored for the rescheduled date.
