Welcome to the University of Richmond Museums’ summer e-newsletter. We are currently planning our exhibition schedule for the upcoming academic year and wanted to give you a sneak peek into our plans. In August, we will re-open to the campus community with new exhibitions in the Harnett Museum of Art, the Modlin Booth Lobby and Atrium, and the Harnett Print Study Center. Thanks to everyone following and adhering to guidelines, the COVID-19 campus protocols have been moving in the proper direction.  We are hopeful to be able to open to everyone this fall semester. Please keep checking the University's planning website for the latest campus updates.

In this edition, you will see some “behind the scenes” photographs of one of our important summer tasks, and get a taste of our new exhibitions. You will also meet Hadley Beckstrand, our 2021 Harnett Summer Research Fellow. She has been spending her summer conducting research and assisting with co-curating our new exhibitions.
