As a part of First Fridays, Colorado Ballet Academy will host free performances at Colorado Ballet's Armstrong Center for Dance on the following dates: November 1, December 6 and February 7.  Colorado Ballet Academy dancers will perform approximately three 10-15 minute programs, 20-30 minutes apart throughout the evening. This event is free and open to the public.

Are Supplements Safe?

It’s a billion-dollar business because it knows what its audience wants: to be stronger, better, faster, leaner. But lack of regulation makes it hard for everyone (experts included) to know if a supplement is safe for a young athlete.

What's the Deal with Dry Needling?

Trigger points in the muscles cause pain. Deep tissue massage can help relax the muscle and relieve tension. Another thing that can help: needles. It sounds unpleasant—but it works.
