Dear Fellow Music Lover,

The curtain has closed on another moving and most memorable Screen Door Music Festival. The 2017 Festival followed our much-loved 2017 Summer Concert Series, with a lineup of eighteen magical concerts in a five-day time span. We hope that you joined us for more than one of our 33 remarkable concerts this summer, and we thank you for being one of the 3,200 audience members who graced our venues at these performances.

As you can imagine, we are still catching our breath while thinking back and remembering the beautiful music that we heard. Perhaps you too are holding fast to the signature melodies of Mozart, Handel or Bach? Perhaps you have discovered a new love for opera? Perhaps these summer experiences have inspired you to dust off your own instrument or take up a new instrument?

In addition to putting our venues back in order, polishing up the Steinways, stacking chairs, and cleaning up fallen horse hairs that typically follow passionate string performances, we are also closing out our fiscal year fundraising efforts. As you know, we are in the final moments of a Matching Gift Challenge of $30,000+, with 12 days left to reach our goal!

To date, we are at 94% of goal. Every gift, no matter the size will make a difference as we move closer to reaching our fundraising goal by August 31, 2017. Can we count on you to double your impact and make a matching gift to Bay Chamber?
