Academy Launches Parents Association

Last week, Academy Families were sent an email announcing the launch of the newly formed Parents Association. The purpose of the Academy's Parents Association is to create connectivity, foster relationship, and inspire and educate the Academy community while enhancing the student and family experience.

All parents and guardians of Academy students automatically become members of the Parents Association upon enrollment in classes and have the option to choose their level of engagement to fit their interest and availability.

We'll kick things off with an inaugural meeting on Monday, November 6 at 8:00 PM in the Kaplan Studio, the first of three General Meetings per year. We hope to see you there!

Bring a Friend Week

Next week, October 30 - November 5, we encourage our Main Division Level 1 students to invite a friend to come to a ballet class with them! Whether your friend is currently in dance, a former dancer or has never danced before, please welcome them to take a free class with you!

From Halloween-inspired music, partner dances, raffle prizes and more, Bring a Friend Week is sure to be a memorable time.

Invitations to Bring a Friend Week have been distributed to all Main Division Level 1 students. Please contact 513.562.1111 if you have any questions or need an additional invitation.

First Class Free

If there are young undiscovered dancers in your community twirling through living rooms and leaping off furniture then we have a special offer for them! This fall, the Academy invites aspiring new students ages 2 - 9 to try their first class free!

Already enrolled? Refer a friend! If they enroll for the year, a $20 tuition credit is yours as a thank you!

To schedule a free class, please contact the Academy staff at 513.562.1111 or by email at cbacademy@cballet.org.

Thank You from Sarah

Thank you to everyone who surprised me last Tuesday to celebrate the anticipated arrival of our baby boy, Wrigley! Words can not express how grateful and appreciative my family is for the love, support, amazing cards and sweet gifts. This is such a special time in our lives and it means so much to share it with our Academy family.

Wrigley is so loved and spoiled already! He has no idea what a wonderful ballet family he is entering into. I can not wait for all of you to meet him. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

On Stage

This week, Cincinnati Ballet returns to the newly renovated Cincinnati Music Hall with six performances of Victoria Morgan's passionate Romeo & Juliet, October 26 - 29.
