Tickets are still available for four performances of Svadba - Wedding,  while opening night has sold out! On Jan. 13, 16, 18 and 19, join us for this opera which explores a universal rite of passage, where the night before a wedding, five girlfriends join to prepare the bride. If you have already purchased tickets, box office staff will be contacting you with a reminder; new tickets with the correct location are also being mailed.

As part of the EO Film Series, Amarcord will be screened at the Metro's Garneau Theatre on Jan. 9 at 7 p.m. Both the movie and Les Contes d'Hoffmann have their own sets of eccentric characters, making this the perfect film to see before the opera opens in February. We will be holding a draw for Svadba - Wedding  tickets that night as well. Tickets are $10 at the door.
