Hi WordFly Subscribers,
We are writing to let you know that we are continuing to experience issues with importing List Manager lists from Tessitura into WordFly. We believe the issues arose during our recent hardware upgrade. Solving these issues is the highest priority for our team.
If you have triggered campaigns, we encourage you to check to see if the imports represent the number of people you have expected over the past few days.
Send it as a standard campaign
If a time-sensitive triggered campaign is not importing as expected, you can set it up as a standard campaign until we've resolved the issue. You can use the same settings, subject line, and email template as your triggered campaign.
Import your list as an extraction
With extractions, the file is generated in Tessitura before the list is imported into WordFly.
Instructions
Promote and export your list from Tessitura as a CSV file
Start in Tessitura and set up the list in the same way that you would if you were to import directly into WordFly.
