Greetings from the Chicago Architecture Foundation!
CAF has been awarded a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) for a Landmarks of American History and Culture teacher workshop. We’re very excited to offer this workshop again after a three-year hiatus.
In July, we’re leading The American Skyscraper: Transforming Chicago and Nation. This workshop will host 72 educators in grades 3–12 from across the city and country. Past participants often cite CAF’s workshop as a highlight in their professional development.
Session 1: July 9–15
Educators in grades 3–12 from across the country
$1,200 NEH stipend
Session 2: July 23–29
Educators in grades 3–12 from Chicago, Cook County and the six collar counties
$600 NEH stipend
Please consider joining us this summer. Stipends are given to help cover your long-distance travel or local expenses. Applications are due by March 1.
Best wishes in the new year,
