You are the choreographer at our next Week-Long Intensive.

Next month, take part in our first-ever workshop focused entirely on choreography and the creative process. Led by Hubbard Street 2 Director Terence Marling, Artistic Associate and Coordinator of Pre-Professional Programs Meredith Dincolo, along with Hubbard Street Artistic Staff and Faculty, our Fall Dancemakers Intensive is designed to give early-career and pre-professional dancers the opportunity to create and present their own work, and participate in choreography by their peers.

Mon Aug 22–Fri Aug 26, 2016
10am–6pm each day
Hubbard Street Dance Center
1147 W Jackson Blvd

In addition to technique classes, choreographic assignments, and creative challenges, you’ll learn how to:

• Coach and direct dancers
• Document choreography and properly credit your own work
• Generate and organize your own phrasework

Sign up today.

Registration is just $545 for five days of classes. Don’t delay! Space is limited to 30 dancers.

Give yourself a creative edge.

More than ever before, professional dancers are encouraged to generate their own material, and expected to bring their own ideas into the studio. There’s no better time of year to focus on building these skills than immediately following your Summer Intensive technique training.
