Corporate Parties at Montalvo
Need a getaway spot for your company picnic?
Are you or someone you know responsible for your company offsites, picnics, board meetings, or celebrations? Consider Montalvo for an offsite event, including lunches, board meetings, picnics, parties, and anything else you can think of!
Whether it's a small meeting of 20 people in the Villa, an outdoor lunch with food trucks on our gorgeous lawns for up to 400, or an all-out takeover of the property for 1,000 or more attendees, we have a wide range of ways you can create a fun and memorable event by bringing your colleagues to Montalvo's beautiful grounds.
We are now booking spring and summer events for the year; event reservation dates can fill quickly, so this is the perfect time to plan ahead. For more information, email our Manager of Sales & Events Caitlin Dieni, or call 408-961-5829.

ArtVentures
Become a donor & join an ArtVenture
If you're interested in art and architecture or curious to meet some masters, being a Montalvo donor is a great opportunity. Donors at certain levels can take advantage of our ArtVentures—local, national, and international trips to see art, meet emerging artists in exclusive studio visits, get private tours of galleries and collections, and more.
We have two Bay Area ArtVentures coming up for donors at the $1,000 level and above: on Friday, February 28, we will take a trip to Marin County to tour the studio of artist Inez Storer, visit a local gallery, and enjoy lunch at the beautiful private home of one of our Trustees. On Sunday, March 8, you'll be able to take an East Bay Architecture & Art Tour, featuring homes by Frank Lloyd Wright and Bernard Maybeck, a private collection tour, and lunch at The Lede.

Selected Shorts
Last Chance Tickets: Selected Shorts
Do you love great storytelling? This is your last chance to get tickets to see the live recording of the hit NPR radio show and podcast Selected Shorts in our indoor Carriage House Theatre on Saturday, February 29 at 3pm and 7:30pm!
Each Selected Shorts event is unique, with a series of stories on a certain topic read live by talented actors. The stories are always fiction, sometimes classic, sometimes new, and always performed by great actors from stage, screen, and television who bring them to life.
At Montalvo, you'll hear host Jane Kaczmarek along with actors David Strathairn and Kirsten Vangsness read stories on the theme of Unexpected Encounters—and the performances will be recorded for possible broadcast on the air. Seats are limited in both shows, but there's still time to grab yours!
