Dark, harrowing, and dystopian – our new production of Richard Strauss's Elektra storms the Jubilee stage this weekend! Featuring a cast of 16 singers, a massive orchestra of over 70 musicians, and post-apocalyptic designs, this production will be the year's most riveting theatrical experience. Having sung at opera houses around the world including multiple roles at the Met Opera, Elizabeth plans to enrapture Edmonton audiences this week. "I am really excited to make my Canadian debut singing one of my favourite crazy girls," she says. "It's always fun to make a big noise. I'm not sneaking in."
