Superhero Saturday

Back by popular demand is Superhero Saturday at Thanksgiving Point's Show Barn this Saturday, January 28 from 10am-4pm! Come dressed in your favorite superhero costume and kids two and under are free! Thanksgiving Point members can take an additional 10% off the admission as a membership benefit as well.

Come and say hello to some local team mascots, like Cosmo the Cougar and Bumble from the Salt Lake Bees, and of course, superheros and more superheros! There will also be a live DJ supplying music, dancing, giveaways, bounce houses, games, contests, and so much more. Don't miss out on this super party! 


Mummy's Curse: Museum of Ancient Life Feb. 11

Mummy's Curse

Back for another round of cursing is the Mummy's Curse at the Museum of Ancient Life on February 11th! Learn about how mummies were made, and technology that the ancient Egyptians pioneered that we still use today and so much more. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

Valentine Dinner Dance: February 11 & 14

Valentine Dinner Dance

Valentine's is closer than you think! This year let Thanksgiving Point take care of the food and entertainment for you and your Valentine with our annual dinner dance. Our band for the evening, Mimi Valentine and the Gentleman's Club, will set the perfect mood for your Valentine's dinner. Grab your dancing shoes and get ready for a wonderful night on the dance floor. This year there are two options, February 11 or 14, for your plans. Get tickets now! NightLife: Treat Yourself

Take a well-deserved night off and join us as we relax together. Learn to meditate, stretch it out with Yoga and unwind with relaxing games in a quiet and rejuvenating environment. Must be 18 or older to attend. Yoga classes will be taught by the director/owner of Bikram Yoga and Hot Pilates at Brick Canvas from 8-8:45pm and 9-9:45pm. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat.

Junior Master Gardners

The Junior Master Gardener is a year-round youth gardening club held at Thanksgiving Point in connection with USU Extension 4-H. Junior Master Gardeners design, plant and take care of the gardens at Farm Country.

Through authentic outdoor experiences Junior Master Gardeners learn where food comes from, how it grows and the importance of fruits and vegetables in a healthy diet. Youth who want to enroll must be in grades 2-5 for the current 2016/2017 school year. Registration for this year is still open.
